A four (4) hour orientation session to provide newly hired full-time employees (with benefits) information regarding the following topics:
- Explanation of the United Way Campaign
- Overview of the Risk Management Division, which includes - Safety, Liability, and Workers' Compensation
- Overview of the Employee Health & Wellness Division, which includes - Drug & Alcohol Policy, Return to Work Policy, Serious Illness Program (SIP), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Wellness Incentive Program (WIP), Physician Services, Buena Vida, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and clinic services
- Overview of employee medical benefits and ancillary product
Location 1102 Bob Bullock Loop - City Hall Annex
