The City of Laredo in conjunction with Laurel Insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas introduced to all employees the new Wellness Incentive Program (WIP). This new program can potentially award a City employee with medical benefits a $300 Wellness Dollars to use towards their out-of-pocket health expenses.
