The City of Laredo provides every City employee (those with medical benefits) the opportunity to utilize our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), through ComPsych. EAP is intended to help employees deal with personal problems that adversely impact their job performance, health, and well-being. Employees and their dependents that live in the same household are eligible for six (6) free sessions per incident.
