The Employee Health and Wellness Division is pleased to announce that we continue to partner with the Parks and Leisure Services department to offer a better and enhanced Wellness Incentive Program.  This November, all eligible City of Laredo employees (those in full time or part time positions) will be able to earn a Wellness Incentive credit by attending a physical activity class.  Each month, a different type of physical activity class will be provided at one of our Recreation Centers.  The classes will range from Zumba, aerobics, karate, yoga to name a few. 
 
Please note this is an addition to our current Wellness Incentive Program and is optional to those who want to earn a point by staying ACTIVE!!!
