Explanation of the United Way Campaign Overview of the Risk Management Division, which includes - Safety, Liability, and Workers' Compensation Overview of the Employee Health & Wellness Division, which includes - Drug & Alcohol Policy, Return to Work Policy, Serious Illness Program (SIP), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Wellness Incentive Program (WIP), Physician Services, Buena Vida, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and clinic services Overview of employee medical benefits and ancillary product
